Who needs flowers when you can have veg in pots? Adding a splash of colour and edibility to the garden we now have spinach, beans and strawberries in addition to our blueberry bush and herbs. And doesn’t the spinach look lovely even in a downpour?

The little one was on weeding duty and he also did a spot of stone planting and weed relocating:

Henrik wishes me to share this picture of me working in the garden:

workingNow this would be me actually working in the garden as opposed to actual gardening. Some people have to do their working over the weekend and if it can be done in the sunshine why not? Surely thats the point of wireless and laptops. I did smother the spinach in lovely free compost the next day and being pregnant one cannot overexert themselves with manual labour. Surely thats the domain of husbands and toddlers…

Now in case you were concerned about any negativity towards the bump after the last post heres a pic showing that it does get some loving also.
